I’m sure you’ve heard that we should start sooner rather than later when it comes to anti-ageing products. But how soon is too soon?

Using anti-ageing moisturisers too soon can actually cause breakouts if you’re in your twenties. This is because they contain oils that older skin needs, but which younger skin still produces. Adding more of these essential oils onto your skin causes an excess, which leads to clogged pores and… you guessed it! Breakouts.

Face Wipes are super convenient. You can hop into bed, run a wipe over your face and voila!

Make-up is gone. Right?

Well… not quite.

Makeup wipes are actually pretty bad for your skin. And when we say pretty bad, we mean terrible.

One of the main reasons for this is because they don’t actually take off all your make-up. As a woman shaking hands with another woman, you’re also likely to notice her nails. And like it or not, we start to form an idea of someone based from all these tiny cues. For example, have you ever seen a woman with letterbox red nails and thought, wow, she must be super confident?

Nails can say a lot about a person, so what do your nails say about you?

These are the classic, clean and always appropriate. Nowadays we’ve also incorporated beige,...

Having good skin is something we all want, or (the lucky ones!) already have.

But how do we get that dewy, glowing look without using highlighter?

Your skin is an organ

Your skin is an organ, the largest organ in your body, in fact. And just like your overall health, your skin can be healthy or unhealthy, nourished or malnourished.

Our skin ages as our supply of Vitamin A, collagen & elastin depletes. It also gets exposed to sunlight and harsh weather conditions and so it changes as we age.

But there are steps we can put in place that help our skin keep its natural elasticity and help us have healthy, glowing skin regardless of how old we are.

1. Making sure your skin is hydrated

Our skin...
