As the owner of All About Me Beauty Salon and All About Me Pro Beauty Academy, Amy is the salon’s skin specialist, passionate about helping people truly change their skin. Having struggled with problematic skin herself, she knows how upsetting it can be - and that empathy guides everything she does.

You’ll often find Amy in the treatment room or behind her laptop, tea in hand, creating personalised skin plans that focus on long-term results, not quick fixes. She takes a straight-talking, no-nonsense approach, always working with clients to find what really suits them - not pushing products for the sake of it - and recognising that everyone has different experiences and routines when it comes to skincare.

Amy loves helping clients feel confident in their choices, guiding them to real, lasting improvements and rebuilding trust in their skin along the way. And when it comes to skin? Once she starts talking, good luck getting her to stop.

Karina has been helping clients feel confident and radiant since 2015, bringing her expertise to All About Me in 2019. With a strong background in spa and facial treatments, she is passionate about skincare and believes that healthy, glowing skin is the key to self-confidence.

At our beauty salon in Worcester, you’ll always find Karina greeting clients with a warm smile, eager to welcome new visitors and reconnect with familiar faces. She loves meeting people, expanding her skills, and sharing her knowledge to help others look and feel their best. Whether she’s delivering expert treatments, recommending the perfect products, or inspiring students, Karina’s energy and passion shine through in everything she does.

Charl first joined All About Me in 2019 as an apprentice before taking a detour into elderly care (yes, she’s seen it all!). In 2024, she made her much-anticipated return to the beauty salon, bringing back her warmth, humour, and expert touch.

Trained at the All About Me Pro Beauty Academy in intimate waxing - despite once swearing she’d never do it. Charl now finds unexpected satisfaction in tackling ingrown hairs, shaping perfect brows, and helping clients feel smooth, confident, and carefree. She loves creating brows that suit each client’s face and style, leaving them looking polished and naturally enhanced.

Friendly, chatty, and always up for a laugh, Charl is a true gem in the salon. Whether you’re after expert waxing, beautifully shaped brows, or just a treatment with a side of banter, she’s got you covered.
