As everyone is reacting to the fast changing situation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to reach out to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation following the advice of the Government and Public Health England, and are putting the safety and wellbeing of our customers, suppliers and employees, first. In light of the recent announcements and as part of our Business Continuity Plan, we would like to advise that we will be implementing a temporary working plan where selected members of staff will be working on an appointment only basis one-to-one with clients to minimise the amount of people in the salon at any one time. Unfortunately, this will be limited to one customer per time slot to maximise the control on any cross contamination.
Priority will be given to Me-Time members. This may mean some minor disruption around our response times to calls and live chats so please bear with us but in uncertain times, we want to ensure we have robust continuity plans in place. All About Me will return to normal practices as soon as the situation allows.
Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to continue to operate with minimal disruption to service, and are working closely with all of our suppliers to ensure we keep you, and your loved ones safe during this time of uncertainty.
We are fully prepared if we do need to take more serious measures in line with Government advice.
We sincerely apologise if you experience any delays in reaching us via phone, email while we make these adjustments, but we aim to continue to deliver an uninterrupted service to you.
