Amy - Owner and Skin Coach
As the owner of All About Me Beauty Salon and All About Me Pro Beauty Academy, Amy
leads the salon’s skin-focused approach. As our Skin Coach, she specialises in achieving long-term skin improvements through education, personalised plans, and results-driven treatments.
Having experienced problematic skin herself, Amy understands how deeply skin concerns can affect confidence. This insight shapes her honest, empathetic approach, helping clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their skin choices.
You’ll often find Amy in the treatment room or behind her laptop, tea in hand, creating
tailored skin plans designed for real life - not quick fixes. She’s known for her straight-talking advice and no-pressure consultations, focusing on what genuinely works for each individual.
With lived experience of ADHD, Amy understands how challenging consistency and routines can be for some clients. She creates simple, achievable skincare plans that fit into busy, unpredictable lives.
Passionate about rebuilding trust in skin, Amy is there to educate, guide, and support clients every step of the way - helping them achieve healthier, more confident skin.

Abi
Abi - Beauty Therapist
Abi joined All About Me while continuing her Beauty Therapy training at Worcester College. Fully qualified in Level 1 and Level 2 Beauty Therapy, she will begin her Level 3 qualification this September.
Offering a wide range of treatments across the salon, Abi has a quiet, gentle nature and helps clients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their appointments. She enjoys being part of the salon environment and continues to build on her experience while delivering polished, professional treatments clients can feel confident booking.
Abi loves the variety that comes with beauty therapy and takes pride in the little details that help clients feel well maintained, refreshed and looked after.
Charl - Beauty Therapest
Charl first joined All About Me in 2019 as an apprentice before briefly stepping into elderly care, an experience that further developed her calm, caring approach. In 2024, she returned to the salon, bringing her experience, professionalism, and attention to detail back to the team.
Trained at the All About Me Pro Beauty Academy, Charl specialises in intimate waxing and brow treatments, despite once insisting she’d never do waxing. She now takes great satisfaction in tackling ingrown hairs, shaping brows to suit each client, and helping people feel smooth, confident, and carefree.
Charl is known for helping clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatments, delivering professional results in a relaxed, supportive environment. Special interest: Waxing & bespoke brow shaping
Grace
Molly - Beauty Therapist
Molly joined All About Me through the All About Me Pro Beauty Academy, where she trained in line with the salon’s high standards and professional approach.
Fully qualified in nail, waxing and brow services, Molly has a friendly, welcoming approach and enjoys helping clients feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their appointments. Working within the salon environment, she continues to build on her skills while delivering polished, professional treatments clients can feel confident booking.
She enjoys creating refined nail designs, providing waxing treatments including legs and underarms, and shaping and tinting brows to enhance each client’s natural features. Molly takes pride in helping clients feel smooth, well maintained and put together, whatever their treatment choice.

Grace - AI Recptionist
Grace is the newest member of the All About Me team, helping keep the salon running smoothly behind the scenes (and doing it all without needing a lunch break). As our AI receptionist, she’s on hand to help with appointments, answer common questions, check availability, and make booking and communication feel quick, easy and stress-free — even outside salon hours.
Whether you’re looking for treatment information, trying to decide what to book, or sending us a message late at night after remembering you still haven’t sorted your brows, Grace is always there to help point you in the right direction.
Designed to support both our clients and team, Grace helps make the salon experience feel seamless, organised and more efficient for everyone. She might not physically be in the salon, but she’s very much part of the team and keeps everything ticking along behind the scenes.
